Unfortunately prior to my purchase I signed up for emails to receive a discount on my purchase when after two days no said email arrived I attempted to call customer service and no one answered the phone and mailbox is full, after I ordered I received damaged shoes and attempted to call again and still no answer and still a full mailbox so now ive started the return process online but I had to pay a return fee even though I was sent damaged shoes

I have four pairs of Eastland saddle shoes and love them all. I had the traditional colors (black, brown, Navy) in the 1950s-1960s, but the white-on-black are unique, and I’m excited to have them.
I love these shoes. I’ve worn them for years. My go to shoes are saddle shoes and Penny loafers.
